Bought a Suzuki swift from Alan a few months ago. Stared having some issues with my radio and brought it back to him. Sorted it for me no problem. Highly recommend Alcan motors. Thanks again Alan!

I had a great experience buying my VW Beetle at Alcan. Kevin was a gent, he showed me around the car and answered all of my questions. There was no hard sell and I felt they were honest and professional from the start. The ownership transfer process was very quick and easy, communication was great. I had a spark plug issue after a month and Alan sent their mechanic Noel around the next morning who diagnosed the car and fixed it the same day at no charge because it was under warranty. He was lovely and informative. Just all round great service from a great team. It can be daunting buying a secondhand car but I would definitely recommend Alcan to my friends and family!

Could not recommend highly enough. The lads are gents, and made buying my car so easy. They were more than willing to send videos of cars I was interested in viewing as I live far away from the dealership. Thank you again for your help. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car with them and have recommended them to friends and family.

Buying a used car is always a challenge so warranty is very important. I bought a nice automatic VW Touran detailed and shined. After a week the Gearbox sounded strange noise. I contacted ALCAN and they inmediately sent me to a garage of my choosing. Replacing the clutch/flywheel went to almost 2000 euros. Not only repaired was done and paid for, but, more important, Alan have previously sent into my bank 50% of repair quoted charges. I tried to return the 850 euros and to my surprise, Alan graciously asked me to keep it for the inconvenience. My car is in perfect condition and I recommend this shop to anyone.

I don’t normally leave reviews and I wasn’t asked to either but I feel I need to as we had an incredibly positive experience dealing with Alan. I was heavily pregnant at the time we purchased a car, he delivered the car to us and subsequently delivered a spare tyre and when their was issue with our battery months later, again offered a free call out service. He made the purchase process incredibly easy for us and it was a great example of what excellent customer service is!

100% recommended these lads! Me and my partner got our first car and it couldn't of went any smoother buying off these. From arranging the viewing, showing us every bit of the car, test drive, purchasing it and getting it delivered right to our door!Definitely stress free buying from these. We love our Honda Insight well worth it especially buying from a great dealer!
